With over 15 years of experience at NAIA and NCAA levels, he has launched two athletic programs, developed the Win 1–1 framework, and speaks nationally on leadership, resiliency, and consistency. His coaching philosophy is rooted in faith, family, and forming young men into leaders both on and off the court.
